Split a PDF into pages or ranges
There are two reasons to split a PDF. Either you need a single page or section out of a larger document — say, just the invoice from a 40-page report — or you want each page as its own file. PDFSamurai handles both, in your browser, in seconds.
Extract mode takes a comma-separated list of pages and ranges. For example, 1, 3, 7-10 would return one PDF containing pages 1, 3, 7, 8, 9 and 10 from the original.Per-page mode outputs a ZIP archive with each page as a separate PDF.
Why split locally?
PDFs often contain signatures, financial figures, contractual language, and personal data. Splitting them on a remote server means a copy is created there. The open-source approach used here — pdf-lib running in your tab — never sends those pages anywhere. They are extracted in memory and offered to you as a download.
